Thanks to and a little good fortune we now have a Super T70 turbo to replace the OEM one that came with the J-Spec clip ...

the business entrance to the turbo ...

for a little perspective of the size of the turbo, here it is alongside the 13B engine block ... doubtful this 13B will find itself short of breath!
